Error Handling
Error handling is implemented across the WebApi, Application, and Infrastructure layers.
- WebApi translates application outcomes into HTTP responses.
- Application handlers coordinate use cases and return application-level failures.
- Infrastructure translates transport failures and external-service errors at the integration boundary.
