Requirements Overview

KBP supports call-center agents of EnBW and Yello in the complex, multi-step business processes that the leading agent systems (ASI today, BSI in future) do not cover. The functional scope is organised in feature areas; each area is described as a set of use cases in the requirements section of the KBP wiki, and every feature the code exposes is listed in the generated feature catalog.

Scope decisions reflected in the code

  • Contract options (Tarifoptionen) and customers-recruit-customers (Kunden werben Kunden) were removed; their features no longer exist.
  • Orders (Bestellungen) were replaced by the Angebote (open offers) tab of the contract area.
  • The legacy disconnection-check flow is read-only; the ZAuV Sperrkontrolle 2.0 flow replaced it.
  • E-mobility (mobility+) customers get a reduced feature set (dunning, legal transfer, account data, read-only permissions) until the e-mobility systems are integrated with CMDM.
  • HEMS is the first microfrontend hosted by KBP and is outside the feature model.
